We operate as an independent accident management specialist providing credit hire, recovery, repair coordination, and claims handling services across the island of Ireland.

2. Our Services & Non-Fault Basis

React provides accident management services on a non-fault basis. This means our services are designed for motorists, commercial operators, taxi drivers, and fleet owners who have been involved in a road traffic collision caused wholly or partially by a third party.

React works alongside an established panel of independent legal solicitors. If you or your passengers elect to pursue a claim for personal injury, lost earnings, or unrecovered losses:

To ensure seamless cost recovery from the third-party insurer, you agree to:

  1. Assist React and our appointed legal partners by providing necessary documentation (e.g., driving license, proof of income if claiming lost earnings, vehicle registration documents).

  2. Cooperate with reasonable requests from legal representatives or court proceedings should the third-party insurer dispute liability or quantum of costs.

  3. Notify React immediately of any communication received directly from the third-party driver or their insurance company.

React Accident Management accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from delays caused by third-party insurers, independent repairers, material supplier shortages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for fraud.
